What services do you provide?
CDR Overhead Storage sells & installs overhead storage products designed to improve home organization. We focus on installing storage racks in un-used areas such as above the garage door or in the corners of the garage. The goal is to add large volumes of storage without using floor space. This allows more room for cars and reduces clutter.

What area(s) do you cover?
CDR covers Northern California and Northern Nevada. We are centrally located-This makes it easy to cover the entire Bay Area & Sacramento clients within a day or two.
How long does it take?
Normal installation time is approximately 1 hour per rack. We typically can respond to a job request within a few days if not sooner.
What height are the racks installed at?
The storage racks can be installed at the height most suitable for your garage. They can also be installed in both finished & un-finished garages.
What materials are used to build the overhead storage racks & how much weight can they hold?
We use powder-coated steel in both white & gray. We use C-channel Beams for added strength. The fastener hardware is all rated at 2000 lbs or higher. The racks are designed to hold over 800 lbs. Typical load calculations for ceiling joist structure is approximately 600 lbs. Therefore we rate our racks at 600 Lbs.
Is there a warranty?
There is a limited lifetime warranty on the storage racks. CDR Company is a professional licensed, bonded, and insured contractor. We do all our own installations and do not use sub-contractors!
